 'VICTORY FOR DEMOCRACY', SAYS HON BABATUNDE AS HE CONGRATULATES TINUBU.

The Executive Chairman of Orile-Agege Local Council Development Area,  Hon Johnson Sunday Babatunde,  has congratulated the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu, on his well deserved victory at the presidential election tribunal today, Wednesday, 6th of September, 2023. 

"This victory is a testament to the fact that the voice of Nigerians as expressed at the polls, cannot be shut down; our people have spoken loud and clear across the country",  Hon. Babatunde said.

He also described the outcome at the tribunal as a victory for democracy, not only in Nigeria but in Africa and the world at large.

The Council boss pledged that Orile Agege Local Council Development Area would continue to key into the projects and programmes of the All Progressive Congress while delivering the fruits of democracy to our people as always.  

He enjoined all other contestants to join hands with President Tinubu in building a greater Nigeria. "Let us bury the hatchet, work towards making our country better and greater, placing it in its place as the giant of Africa, its a task that must be done, as we no other but Nigeria to call our home", he added.
