As the All Progressives' Congress (APC) prepares the grounds for the 2023 electioneering Campaigns, which is scheduled by the Independent Electoral Commission (INEC) to commence on Friday, 28th September, 2022, the Oyo State Chapter of the Asiwaju Tinubu-Shettima Coalition for Good Governance has unveiled its strategic campaign team and has started a powerful grassroots' mobilisation drive for the actualisation of the Presidential election of Asiwaju Tinubu in the 2023 elections. Briefing the Press after an exhaustive executive meeting of the coalition, the Oyo State Coordinator, Professor Soji Adejumo declared that maximum efforts will be deployed in Oyo State to ensure landslide victory for Asiwaju Tinubu. Prof Adejumo further introduced the Executives of the Coalition, who are seasoned and thoroughly grounded Politicians and have served in different capacities in the State and National Politics.
The Coalition noted that the Southwest is very critical to the electoral success of the APC both at the Presidential and the Governorship elections' levels and pledged its full commitment to electoral victory in Oyo State at all stages of the elections.
Present at the meeting were Hon. Segun Taiwo, Akogun Segun Obe, Baale Bolaji Adeleke, Hon. Jimoh Wasiu, Otunba Ayodele Amuda, Hon. Abiodun Ambali, Hon. R.O. Oyebamiji, Hon. Hassan Adeniran, Hon. Sefiu Gbadamosi, Alhaji Mukaila Akintola, Hon. Abimbola Babalola, Mr. Rasheed Ganiyu (Ladoja), Representatives of other support groups, NGOs and several other eminent personalities.
