The President of Nigeria and The Commander -in - Chief of The Armed Forces, Major General Muhammadu Buhari (retd) on Friday celebrated his 79th birthday in Istanbul, Turkey.
Buhari is in Istanbul to participate in The Turkey-Africa Partnership Summit.
