Oluwatoyin Mathnuel
The EXECUTIVE CHAIRMAN of Orile Agege Local Council Development Area, Hon J.S Babatunde welcome back all students in the LCDA to school as they resume for a new session, after a long holiday.
Hon Babatunde prays that as they begin the new term, God will grant them divine wisdom, knowledge and understanding. The holiday, he said, was to make them rest, unwind and also prepare for the greater task ahead.
He advised them to shun all forms of social vices, saying "bad company corrupts good character", and advised them to be determined, disciplined and dedicated to their studies, as their destiny lies in their hands.
While appreciating all teachers and tutors,
Hon Babatunde prayed that they will also reap the fruits of their labour as they teach, build and mould these leaders of tomorrow .
He admonished parents to always create time to monitor, guide and mentor their children because charity begins at home, He counselled the parents not to leave everything in the hands of teachers.
The Council boss promised that as a government, "we will do everything possible to change the face of education in Orile Agege LCDA," We will continue to make the schools an enabling, conducive, and enjoyable place of learning.
Hon Babatunde reiterated that, " provision of quality and qualitative education which will always make our students stand out and compete favourably amongst there peers is his administration upmost priority".
Congratulations on your promotions to new classes. Remember " don't give up on your dreams or your dreams will give up on you.
