A famous evangelist , a foster as well an adopted father to most younger Christains , the founder of Christ Apostolic Church, Oke-Agbara, Asi Bodija area of Ibadan, Oyo state Prophet Ojo Olowere popular known as Baba Olowere has slept in the Lord.
According to the information received from a source, Baba Olowere died on Wednesday night by 9pm at his Asi Hq church residential home in Ibadan.
The prophet and evangelist whose date of birth is not certain at the time of filling this report was believe to be a centenarian
Prophet Michael Ojo Olowere was a deep preacher, teacher and gospel evangelist who was anointed for signs and wonders.
Baba Olowere, was one of the few living Christ Apostolic Church’s (CAC) most respected ministers of the gospel with unique anointing and just like Prophet Elijah and Elisha in the Bible , he was one of the few men of God who contacted a great measure of the anointing of God from the revered Apostle Joseph Ayodele Babalola.
With his journey into the ministry, spanning over seven decades, he spearheaded the planting of several churches within the Christ Apostolic Church (CAC) mission, beginning with the CAC Oke-Imole, Agbowo, in 1978
