AMBASSADOR STORES:- My name is Mrs. Janet Faremi, CEO Ambassador Stores.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS:- How do you feel about today's event?
AMBASSADOR STORES:- I feel excited and happy to be awarded the business leader of the year amongst many nominations.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS:- May I know what could have granted such an award?
AMBASSADOR STORES:- It's the favour from God and men, and grace. Many applied and were nominated but I was singled out to receive the award.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS:- When did you start your business?
AMBASSADOR STORES:- I started my business about 17 years ago.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS:- Being an educated person, why did you decide to go into business?
AMBASSADOR STORES:- Sometimes, you find yourself doing what you love. Also, being in an environment with lots of opportunities whereby you do not need to find a white-collar job before you can get started to do what you love motivated me. It as well gives room for your family, self and other things. I studied Computer Science at the Open University of Nigeria.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS:- Advice for young Nigerians that prefer white-collar jobs.
AMBASSADOR STORES:- Start from anywhere. Just do something and God will multiply it for you. The sky is going to be your limit.
