FCMB Founder: Otunba Subomi Balogun Is Dead. Aged 89.

The founder of First City Monument Bank (FCMB), Otunba Subomi Balogun, is dead.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS gathered that Balogun was 89 years on March 9, died in London on Friday morning.
He was born on March 9, 1934 in Ijebu-Ode, Ogun State, Nigeria to a Muslim parents.
Otunba has fondly called gave his life to Christ as a secondary school boy at Igbobi College where he graduated to studied Law at the London School of Economics.
Before leaving the shore of Nigeria for Europe, he briefly worked as a school teacher.
He founded First City Monument Bank(FCMB). The bank is solely his idea and it is on record that he imbued it with a culture of excellence that has endured over time.
