Lagos: Orile-Agege again receive the First Lady for another project commisionning
of maternal and child center and launching of couples clinic.

The first lady of Lagos state Her Excellency Mrs Ibijoke Sanwoolu on Thursday the 23rd of February, 2023 was at Orile Agege area of Lagos state for the commisionning of Orile Agege General Hospital OAGH maternal and child care center as well as the luncheon of couple clinic which was geared towards improving maternal and child care service in Lagos State
The first lady in her speech could not but appreciated Orile Agege residents for the warm reception as well give kudos to the medical personals, government officials, Orile Agege LCDA Chairman Hon. Babatunde Johnson for a team work towards the success story of Orile Agege community where by all residents enjoy the dividend of democracy under the watch of her husband Gov. Babajide Sanwoolu.
The first lady congratulated HRM Oba Agbedeyi, Alaige of Orile Agege for his community witnessing infrastructures and development during his reign. Dr. Sanwoolu was also delighted to meet the expectant women as well as nursing mothers as she doled out necessary medical kits for their usefulness.
Dr. Sola Pitan, The Medical Director of OAGH could not but expressed his joy for the presence of the first lady as he showcased all medical sections, intensive care unit, consultation rooms equiped with modern medical facilities that made up a general hospital with a non stop power supply as a landmark achievement by Mr Governor Babajide Olusola Sanwoolu for the betterment of Orile Agege residents.
INSIGHT GLOBAL NEWS affirmed that Orile Agege General Hospital formally a primary health center built by Gov. Lateef Kayode Jakande in 1982 gave birth to Ifako and Alimosho General hospital during the tenure of Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the then Lagos state governor.
Orile Agege is going places as well outshining her Local Government counterpart for it will be recalled that last week Tuesday the 14th of February, 2023 the first lady was also at Orile Agege LCDA for the commissioning of projects, edifices , erected by The Executive Chairman Hon. Sunday Babatunde Johnson ( Mr Projects') . The first lady was impressed with Orile Agege drastic development which made her pronounced the community as a city to reckon with just like some urban area in Lagos state.
At the commissioning of Orile Agege general hospital was Dr. Leke Pitan, Executive Chairman Orile-Agege LCDA Hon. Babatunde Johnson, Alaige Orile Agege Oba Agbedeyi, Orile-Agege medical management teams, Directors ministry of health, commitees wife of Lagos state officials, religious body, representatives Orile Agege Seriki Hausawa as well as beneficiaries of the day free medical outreach.
