PCRC IN CONJUNCTION WITH POWA , ABUJA SUMMIT AND EMPOWERMENT !

It was a gathering of agitation for a peaceful co- existence and putting smiles on faces of departed police officers wives as Nigerian Police Community Relation Committee ( PCRC) in conjunction with National women, Police Officers Wives Association (POWA) Headquarter Abuja under the Leadership of Hajia Hajara Usman Alkali Baba (POWA President) held her summit of National Women Committee on Security and empowerment with the Theme: ' The Role Of Women in Crime Prevention in Nigeria" on Thursday, the 12th of May, year 2022.
The amiable wife of the IGP who was also the host spoke to a length on the vital role of mothers, wives who keep the home fronts while hubbies on the National assignment .
" Police women are very important to the issue of security, we have 80 % of women as full house wives, whereby they are always around to monitor movements around the premises and could give analysis of what happened when their husband are at work. When there's a problem they alert their husband & give details of what transpired ."
Hajia Hajara Alkali rounded up her speech by appreciating her husband IGP Alkali for POWA resurrection and his relentless support, she also Implored police officers wives, women to make judicious use of the reach out items and be security Conscious as well be very vigilant inorder to keep crime away in the society and Nigeria at large.
The National Consultant to the National Chairman on Women and Youth Committees Alhaji Imam Mogaji Ibrahim Olaniyan expressed his deep, sincere and profound appreciations and gratitude to the National Chairman Ambassador Dr Faruk Maiyama PhD Yerima Jega for his proactive thoughtfulness in establishing the Women and Youth Committees who some people were wandering of the need but the creation has exceeded and surpass all expectations and gainsaying. He also appreciated the National Women Coordinator Princess Nana Ngozi Dahiru and her team of dynamic and supportive Executives for their diligence, dedications and innovations in following through on achieve this gigantic noble feat.*
