The Osi Bashorun of Ibadan Land Dr Azeez Popoola Adeduntan, who is also the 2023 hopefully Governorship aspirant alongside other prominent people including former Oyo State Governor , Sen. Rashid Adewoolu Ladoja, former Lagos State Governor and APC chieftain, Bola Ahmed Tinubu who was ably represented ,were at the Mapo hall in Ibadan Oyo state capital for the 8th day Fidau Prayer for late Olubadan of Ibadanland, Oba Soliu Adetunji The Aje Oguguniso The 1srt.
Also at the Fidau Prayer were Joseph Tegbe, Teslim Folarin, Bayo Adelabu among other prominent APC chieftain attendees.
The event was said to have been organized by all the elected council chairmen from Ibadan. Crowds praised The Progressives who were present. The gathering was almost All Progressive Congress event
Chief Dr Adeduntan who is also an international board certified cardiovascular surgeon and former Oyo state commissioner for health eulogized the great virtues of late Olubadan who joined his ancestors on Sunday , the 2nd of January, 2022 at the age of 93.
Insightmagonline learnt that earlier the day , inter-- denominatiomal services was conducted by the Christian and Islamic clerics.
The Fidau Prayer was led by the chief IMAM of IBADAN,Alhaji Ganiuu ABUBAKAR , AGBOTOMOKEKERE
