Alhaji Bashir Othman Tofa is dead !
Tofa a known face in Nigeria politic , a contender of an opposition party against late Chief MKO Abiola in 1993 presidential election died at aged 74 !
Tofa was a Presidential Candidate of the defunct National Republic Convention (NRC) .
Information gathered from family sources says Tofa died early hour of Monday after an undisclosed ailment.
Confirming his death a relative Alhaji Mohamed had said he died after being admitted in hospital for sometime.
