Traders and sympathizers at the Balogun/ Oluwole Market, Lagos Island, were said to have gone wild with emotion on Thursday this early morning as the popular Balogun / Oluwole market adjacent the central mosgue in Lagos Island reportedly went up in flames.
The cause of the inferno, however, could not be ascertained as of the time of filing this report.

The affected traders were said to have bemoaned their fate as the fire went wild.
Goods worth several millions of naira were reported to have been burnt to ashes in the ugly incident.
