SOUTH WEST PROFESSIONAL EDUCATORS CONFERENCE 2021.
De Santos Hotel gathering of year 2021 South West Professional Educators Conference powered by (PEC) Professional Educators Consult was a gathering of who is who in Nigeria educational sector, where stakeholders in education: school administrators, school proprietors, school managements, head teachers, tutors at large rub minds on how to stay ahead in the new normal after the effects of the world pandemic Covid 19 especially in Nigeria educational system.
Chief Mohammed Amusa Olawale ,Lagos State NAPPS President in his inspirational speech to the audience gives instances on how to survive and succesed as a school management. Chief Amusa said jingles, hand bill is important in promoting a school but this act is not as effective as having a good relationship with the community where the school is located because kind gesture towards your neighbors, the parents of your wards and even the pupils or students will advertise the school business more than any other form. The proprietor of HOMAT group of schools also speak on sustainability of staffs and the likes.
Former Lagos State NAAPS President Alhaji Wasiu Adumadeyin in his short Interview with INSIGHT ONLINE NEWS Insightmagonline appreciated such gathering from Professional Educators Consult, he believes as a professional teacher for over 30 years his speech will go a long way in the life and school bussines of the attendees . He then implore the government to implement an action against examination malpractices in Nigeria school system because this is the only way Nigeria students will be as focus and dedicated to their studies as it use to be years back.
Dr Adumadeyin welcomes the Lagos State Government idea of teaching of indigenous languages in schools, though yet to be implemented but it was a good idea because children, pupils understands better and learn faster when been taught with indigenous languages.
Among the special guests of the impactive educational gathering was the formal first Lady of Oyo State in person of Mrs Bukola Ladoja . Mrs Ladoja is the founder of an NGO that promotes reading culture among Nigeria and Africa students at large. ( RASDA) Reading Awareness Society for Development in Africa ( RASDA). In her chat with INSIGHT ONLINE NEWS Insightmagonline she gives the volume of such impactive educational gathering if only the audience put it into practice. Mrs Ladoja adviced the stakeholders, teachers, proprietors, school administrator at the conference to make use of all that was been said by the speakers because " Wisdom is putting knowledge to work " . So , it will go a long way in succeeding as school owners, headteachers and what ever position been held in educational system.
The former First Lady of Oyo State urges Nigeria Government to invest in education by bringing in expertises for more trainings like that of Professional Educators Conference , using the informations gathered far and near to enhance education in Nigeria because there is a big gap between Nigeria educational system and that of the Western world.

There is a gap between Nigeria education and that of the Western world, government should make use of every information, do more trainings by inviting experts.
