DOWN THE  MEMORY LANE, TEACHERS REWARD SHOULD NOT BE IN HEAVEN! -- HRM OBA ASHADE 

  

It was an emotional speech on the 3rd of March,2021 Wednesday to be precise, when HRM the new Oba elect of Iba Kingdom,  Kabiesi Oba Sulaimon Adeshina ASHADE The  ILUFEMILOYE 1 had to address pupils, students representative of seventeen schools in IBA community including the teachers and of course numerous audience at his palace in the spirit of The AJAGUNGBADE three months on the throne celebration as Kabiesi presented millions of exercise books and cash to teachers as well.

 Kabiesi said and I quote' Though this is not my first time of this act, what prompted me in doing this was because down memory lane as a young barefooted school boy without a school bag neither an exercise book but a slate painted with charcoal, whenever I refused to go to school my teachers will come to my house and picked me to school in the presence of my parents. 

Sincerely yours teachers needs to be taken care of by well-meaning individual, teachers need to be motivated to do more. And for the pupils/ students do face your studies squarely, make good use of the exercise books given, do your homework and assignment properly and seek corrections from your teachers, IBA Kingdom has gotten almost all the professional body except the pilot, in the next few years I want aero men and women to emerge from Iba. And very soon to the glory of Almighty Allah there will be a standard equipped secondary boarding school with standard teachers quarters, Inshallah, by God's grace!  I thank you all and God bless! There was a standing ovation after Kabiesi's emotional and very encouraging speech before handing cash gifts and packages of exercise books for teachers present,  Alayelua Oba Raji ASHADE, ONIBA EKUN  prayed wholeheartedly for the pupils and students in attendance.
